As per "ICA University Charter on Certification & Appointment" dated 08.12.2020, we do not charge even for Analysis, Tests, Examinations & Certification if anyone needs it/ them though these are value/s added to their knowledge. We are doing things based on our Faith nothing else, as we believe that 'Cosmic Law' ( God Created Design) would render our wages for things that we offer free of charge done by dint of sheer hard work. If any of our individuals conducts any course individually apart from this ICA University banner will do so not being bound by any of our Policies. Vide: our specific Charter. Importantly we believe in the golden principle of the Canon Law.
APPLICATION FOR COURSES / APPOINTMENT
Certificate in 'ICA University Human Rights Defender' Course
Duration: To be completed within 3 months minimum to 2 years maximum (60 Hours)
Tuition Fee: Absolutely Free
The following Subjects are covered. Also view the Videos (Kindly be patient while it takes a few minutes to get all videos downloaded) in Indian Context on the Human Rights Advocacy Page with a simple click: For Tamil-speaking candidates, there are Tamil videos too.
Medium of Test: English
Method of Testing: Only 10 Descriptive-type Questions to be answered for 10X10= 100 Points. No points/marks be given instead certificate be given in case the required minimum of 50 Points is reached.
General Terms and Conditions for all Courses/awards:
1. After payment is made the fee is in no way refundable but transferrable for any other course or as a contribution for such an award if the test is not yet conducted.
2. Only one-time test be conducted but test can be taken at any time during 2 years maximum.
3. The Certificate will be in the name as found in your 10th Certificate/ Birth Certificate.
4. A Criminal background check may be necessary in certain cases so a Police Verification Certificate may be required and to be submitted in 20 days time if required.
5. If professional sort of Course or award the awardee need to sign our ICA University Academic and Honoris Causa Charter & ICA University Peace Charter and be monitored by ICA University and his/ her status obtained academically or otherwise be withdrawn unconditionally and Public Policy and Disclaimer are applicable throughout.
6. Common to all Courses are :
a) UDHR (1948) having 30 Articles , brief History of Human Rights, What is being a Human Rights Defender, Convention on the Rights of the Child, Women Rights and Human rights Violations.
b) Thirukkural & Human Rights & Humanitarian Services (or) Jesus Christ on Human Rights & Humanitarian Services
7. Test/s & Certification are optional and discretionary.
