Whoever participates in any of our ‘ICA UNIVERSITY’ programs is doing so in his/ her own interest and he/she takes full responsibility for his participation. He/she releases , all ICA University organizers, teachers and assistants or anyone involved in any of its programs / all programs from all damages whatsoever, and waives all rights to compensation in case of any injury. Participant personally declares hereby that he/ she is physically and mentally fit to participate in any / all of our ICA programs. Participants will not teach any technique/ method of the program/s unless he/ she has been fully & personally authorized by the Chairman/President . Participants have to keep the contents of the program/s and the technique/s or the ways revealed to him/ her during the program confidential. The participant in ICA University Program/s should have known and understood that he/ she has to undertake to declare as to handling wisely Human Rights and doing Humanitarian Services as prime aspects in spreading Peace through Thirukkural English Couplet and teaching ADRS techniques are part of our Teaching Programs, based on the Canon Law of the Bible and as to not supporting any form of violence in any part of the globe, and not supporting any sort or form of untouchability among humans. We do not charge any Tuition Fee for any 'Knowledge based on Truth' from Thirukkural or elsewhere. Howbeit, notwithstanding no Canon Law controlling our faith barring Proverbs 23:23 for 'Knowledge based on facts', permitting us to charge fee, we restrain ourselves as much as possible via Proverbs 31: 8-9, which says as follows for imparting knowledge on Human Rights, Humanitarian Services and ADRS:
“Open your mouth for the mute,
for the rights of all who are destitute. Open your mouth, judge righteously, defend the rights of the poor and needy.” Proverbs 31:8-9
We feel Responsible:
If we do not impart this knowledge also free of charge, the poor cannot afford to learn them from anywhere paying hefty fees. As per "ICA University Charter on Certification & Appointment" dated 08.12.2020, we do not charge for even for Analysis, Tests, Examinations & Certification if anyone needs it/ them though these are value/s added to their knowledge. We are doing things based on our Faith nothing else in all these, as we believe that 'Cosmic Law' ( God Created Design) would render our wages for things that we offer free of charge done by dint of sheer hard work. If any of our individuals conducts any course individually apart from this ICA University banner will do so not being bound by any of our Policies. Vide: our specific Charter.

Honoris Causa Privacy Policy
Since its registration in 2013 ICA University has not offered anyone this unique Doctoral Honoris Causa till date of its own. The Committee for evaluation has decided to offer it to the exceptional. But ICA University may consider the recommendation of other Organization/s approved by IC
A University if there is/are real case/s, who has / have contributed through any/ their Organization/s. The final decision is vested in the ICA University Privacy Policy pursuant to the Articles of the 'ICA University Doctor of Cosmic Law Charter', not open for public discussion.
This novel identification as Doctor of Cosmic Law (CLD) is unique, as offered by this ICA University. Other Divisions of the Chartered Bible Medicine Ministries have already honoured persons with CLD. But hereafter and henceforth this ICA University has taken over the offer of the CLD. No other division will be eligible to offer such an identification unless approved by / gets affiliated to ICA University . This is offered on Recommendation and admission for "ICA University C-Peace Membership" by the Legal Consultant appointed or the author in his capacity as a Legal Consultant or another Organization and / via Agreement Form. This Title requires you to meet out all prerequisites, which can in a way be waived off, away from the Rules & Conditions specified under 'CLD' The filled in Form under 'CLD' does not mean that one can claim the offer as his right. The acceptance or decline is the discretion pursuant to the Privacy Policy of ICA University or its Charter.
Our identification does not guarantee the conduct and character of the person, whereas the contribution offered by him / her to the cause of spreading Peace via 'Thirukkural English Couplet' makes him eligible for the Honoris Causa. No one fanatic over anything is not entertained and he/ she will not be eligible for this offer notwithstanding any other eligibility. Other Details of eligibilities are available under 'CLD' & 'C-Peace'.
It is to be noted that all those who endorse Peace Charter may be admitted as our "C-Peace" Members and further all those admitted as C-Peace Members may not be eligible for the offer of the Honorary Doctorate, called Doctor of Cosmic Law (CLD). We charge for C-Peace Membership which is calculated @ 230 USD.( Rs.16000 INR). This is the only payment we charge but, however the discretion of waiver of any payment lies with the Education Rector/President/Author in lieu of taking up of any form of a service by the member, justifying the request of ICA university. The Rector/President / Author may waive off the membership fee completely in lieu of any Contract / agreement entered into as he deems fit. Also any Legal fraternity's fee / charges for 'Cosmic Law & Eunoia Assessment' is in no way payable by the ICA University, whereas each Lawyer does it on his own charges, payable directly to him / her . Anyone who is qualified in Law with a recognized degree may be assigned with the duty. The Details shall be published in the Website of ICA University just to authenticate the appointment if anyone else other than author himself assumes the position as Legal Consultant. Membership fee is completely waived off if Legal Consultation and Admission for Membership Fee is collected by any of the above said Legal Consultants in his / her capacity as an advocate. Membership Benefits are available to the members as much as they deserve it considering the Terms and Conditions for each one of the Benefits. These Members are not at all full members. Full Members are termed as such always, which is not open to the public and not available at present. Our Membership charges may increase after 30.05.2021 as decided by the Board or as deemed fit by the President.
Our Certification is optional via membership on your part and discretionary on our part. It is free but not of anyone's right to claim.
