                               'Doctor of Cosmic-Law'(c)" - Kural 374(TEC)

This Honorary Doctorate is an honorific title, which obtained TM from the TMR of the Government of India on 28.08.2000- Vide: 950616. It is also copyrighted- Vide: L-33116/2009, dated  04.06.2009. This very title was exclusively accredited by the Liberian Educational Ministry accredited University. This is conferred via an exceptional 'Cosmic Law & Eunoia Assessment' procedure to recognize people, who would adhere to the advice of Thirukkural as follows:

"Listeners are considered educated       "Even a little learning                     "Listening is the best
In this world"- Kural 413                            Brings great dignity"- Kural 416   Of all wealth"-Kural 411

and thereby they are required to watch 1330 videos either in English or Tamil and in evidence of their watching and liking the advice of Thirukkural they are required to press the "like" button in each Kural if it is a single video,  let them like on the published video on Kural or if it is a video on the Chapter let them like the published video on the Chapter as far as the case is concerned. Then it is a prerequisite to subscribe the Channel if in Tamil "Kuralin Kural" or Thirukkural English Couplet". Again it is necessary that they should share the greatness of these Kurals by sharing to 25 individuals or 10 groups.( This can be relaxed). Also, they should have contributed greatly either for the Eunoia works as explained in the Thirukkural English Couplet or for free distribution of 'Thirukkural English Couplet' book to Government or other school children or others in a greater way in India or in an approved way in any part of the world.

Why we do all these is simply that this University is meant for the spread of Thirukkural English Couplet to people all over.

It is to be noted that this title's characteristics are to be found in relation to Honoris Causa / Lamed Doctorate only. This should never be used by the recipient for any deception. For example, Physiotherapists should not deceive people by mere use of this title. The usage of this Tile should be in proportion to what one does. It is not meant for or it is not to satisfy to anyone's fad. Those who are mad for a fad are not welcome here. This is neither a place for the offer of any title to all nor an accredited University for the purpose save being accredited for a limited purpose as an Organization as elsewhere herein set forth (in the web pages). We elevate our C-peace Family members with such an award or title according to the following Thirukkural which are Theo-centric in nature:

Doctor of Cosmic Law is abbreviated "CLD". This is designed to give formal public recognition for people who have rendered significant contributions to society in accordance with the Kurals as in Thirukkural. The University confers this honorary/Lamed award on person/s who has/ have made significant contributions to the eunoia works of Thirukkural through other NGO/s or Organization/s that advocate/s such works, which should have been mandated by the said Organization/s pursuant to the Object No.3 (p).Click the link to read it under Objectives in Detail For the offer of Lamed Doctorate one needs to concentrate on all 1330 Videos of Dr R.J.A.Stephen Loie entitled " Thirukkural English Video Couplet" an ISBN registered and Copyright registered Video book available free of cost for all to view. If one could pass the examination conducted from the Video topic with a minimum of 80% Points will be eligible sans any other qualification except the required payment due for a legal professional. Christian Leaders can access the Videos ( any 20 Videos) in the Christian Department and pass the examination with 80% points to be eligible. 

                 On  Award of Honorary Doctorate             

 CLD is an Honorary Doctorate, awarded to individuals who have made substantial and meritorious contributions to society, to any NGO, and to their profession in such a way as to have enlarged human understanding and enriched human life based on the Kural Couplets. Exceptional contributions to the ICA University may also be considered pursuant to the Rector/ President's discretion.  An honorary doctorate acknowledges that the recipient deserves to be recognized for their unsurpassed abilities and contributions due to the eunoia work advocated by Thirukkural. This offer is exceptional, considered after a lengthy process. Not offered to anyone since 2013, when the ICA University got registered as a Virtual University. This Doctor of Cosmic Law has been conferred on many people all over the world from diverse walks of life. This was recognized by an accredited University for the purpose. Those interested can watch the Discourses on the ICA University Today pages and respond as per the Regulations given thereon in case you choose an optional alternative method of selection. Barring all these, the panel of the appointed Legal fraternity is empowered to do the 'Cosmic Law & Eunoia Assessment' procedure as it deems fit. The Assessment charges if any are to be paid to the concerned Assessor as he/she is not paid by this ICA University or ICA University Today. However, all other Terms for the award of the Title are the same for all. Also, C-Peace Membership is the prerequisite condition.
