1. Universal Law to be formed and to be ratified by States for protecting human beings from beats and predators The Collins Dictionary says "A predator is an animal that kills and eats other animals." If Collins' definition were to be accepted elephant is a beast, which does not eat other animals, whereas it also kills humans ruthlessly sometimes though many occasions are due to the human wrong. Laws are to be enacted so that these animals may be shot in case of necessity or at lease students are to be taught to fight them when they attack suddenly like showing fire lightings or to fight attacking their eyes etc. Though we love animals we need/ tend to love human beings more naturally.
I personally on behalf of ICA University request the UN to consider the above request and act upon as early as possible to save human beings from the clutches of these animals. ( Dr. R.J.A. Stephen Loie)
